Stephanie Sullins, Administrator
Stephanie didn’t come into the field for recognition, she came into it because she believes in people and the power of community. Long-term care isn’t always easy work, but it’s meaningful work and that’s what keeps her going. Every day brings a new opportunity to listen, support, and make someone’s day a little better, whether it’s a resident, a family member, or a team member.
At Saint Simeon’s, Stephanie has seen firsthand the importance of creating a safe, warm, and supportive environment for our elders. She takes pride in being part of a team that treats residents like family and works hard to uphold high standards of care with compassion always at the center.
Outside of work, she stays grounded through family life, mastering the green thumb most of us call gardning, and completing her bucket list. She’s always looking for ways to grow both professionally and personally. She believes leadership is about listening more than talking, supporting your people, and staying humble no matter how far you’ve come.
“This journey in long-term care has taught me so much, and I’m grateful to keep learning and meeting great friends every step of the way,” says Stephanie.
Stephanie has been married to her husband, Colter, for 19 years. She has two children, a daughter, Tabitha, son, Gavin, and a beautiful granddaughter, Carly. And what kind of “dog mom” would she be if she didn’t mention her “never-a-dull-moment” Great Dane, Atlys. She enjoys the outdoors, spending as much time with her family as possible, and rooting for Carly at her t-ball games.
Mary Brown, Director of Admissions
Mary is very passionate and dedicated in her duties, earning a promotion to Director of Admissions in 2023. Her primary goals are to ensure residents are given the quality of care they deserve and to help guide families through the admissions process.
Mary has two children, loves the outdoors, and is always up for an adventure! In her off time, she can be found playing with her kiddos, hanging out with family and friends, or working out at the gym.
Andy Luster, IT Systems Administrator
Andy has been married to the love of his life, Traci, for 12 years. They have 5 daughters, Chesni, Maddie, Macy, Andi, and Tobi. Andy loves spending time with his family any way he can. He loves to watch his girls compete in sports, cheer, dancing, and whatever they are involved in.
In his spare time he loves to root for the Dallas Cowboys and his favourte college team, the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Kelli James, Director of Marketing and Communications
Kelli’s heart is in storytelling, and she strives to tell the story of Saint Simeon’s in everything she does, whether social media, advertising, website content, or answering the phone. She hopes that by communicating our story well, it will help alleviate the confusion, guilt, and sadness sometimes associated with admitting a family member to a long-term care setting.
Kelli has been married to her wonderful husband, Bob, for 34 years. They have three children and three bonus children, Josh and Tori of Broken Arrow, Caleb and Allie of Kansas City, MO, and Jordan and Mary of Portland, OR. Bob and Kelli enjoy their two grand dogs and four grand cats and living with their spoiled “empty nest” Dogue de Bordeaux, Rosie.
In her spare time, Kelli runs, reads, and writes.
