Team Bios

Angela Green, President/CEO

Angela has served as an Assistant Administrator, Administrator, and Executive Director at communities in her care. She is also certified as a Dementia Practitioner and is passionate about providing the best possible quality of life for all residents regardless of their physical or mental limitations. Angela strives to encourage an atmosphere of teamwork, recognition, and appreciation for all employees at Saint Simeon’s. She recognizes the pivotal role they each play in the lives of our residents.

Angela and her husband, Chris, a Marriage and Family Therapist, have been married for twenty-eight wonderful years and have two sons: Taylor, who is a senior nursing major at Abilene Christian University and Austin, who is a freshman Architecture major at the University of Arkansas. Angela enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.

Amanda Terrel, Administrator

Amanda began her career as a Certified Nurse Aid while completing high school and has since worked nearly every position within the long-term care setting. Amanda is passionate about providing dignified care for those who once cared for us. Her diversity of experience in the long-term care setting gives her the ability to relate to all levels of operations to better serve the residents and the staff. Amanda realizes teamwork and culture are integral components of resident and staff satisfaction.

Amanda and her husband, Brad, have been married for eight years. They have three boys: ten-year-old Trevor, six-year-old Liam, and three-year-old Weston. In her free time, Amanda enjoys her hobby farm, sports, adventure, and traveling.

Thea Lawson, CFO

Thea started her public accounting career at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC). From there, the majority of her professional career had been at Hillcrest Healthcare Systems, and she also worked for GH2 Architects before joining the Saint Simeon’s family.

Thea and her husband, Laquinnia “LQ” Lawson, enjoy entertaining family and friends and traveling. They have four wonderful grown sons, three lovely daughter-in-laws, four precious grandchildren including twin babies. They also have one spoiled dog, who was found under a dumpster, but is now living the dream.

Mariah Kimball, Director of Human Resources

Unwavering in her commitment to give each member of her team the tools they need to succeed, she believes employees are the future of the company. Time invested in training, coaching, and teaching is never lost.

Mariah enjoys spending time with her husband, their two kids, and their dog. Her favorite place to be is “glamping”!

Mary Jackson, Senior Admissions Coordinator

She is now very passionate and dedicated in her duties as Senior Admissions Coordinator; ensuring residents are given the quality of care they deserve and helping guide families through the admissions process.

Mary has two children, loves the outdoors, and is always up for an adventure! In her off time, she can be found playing with her kiddos, hanging out with family and friends, or working out at the gym.

Debbie Wilkins, Director of Life Enrichment

She was born in New York and moved to Oklahoma in the sixth grade. She graduated from Owasso High School in 1985 and attended Northeastern State University and received her Associates Degree from Tulsa Junior College. Debbie has worked in Insurance, Accounting, Customer Service, Preschool, and Special Education in addition to her experience working as Life Enrichment Coordinator, Activities Director, and Social Services at a nursing home in Claremore, Oklahoma. Debbie’s passion for working with families and the elderly led her to Saint Simeon’s. Her job experience and certifications in Special Education, Customer Service, and Social Services and Activities have reinforced in her the growing need to serve those here at Saint Simeon’s. Her love for volunteering has inspired her to accept the position as the Alzheimer’s Association Support Group Co-Facilitator. She looks forward to the opportunity to serve those residents, staff, and families here at Saint Simeon’s affected by Alzheimer’s.

Debbie has been married for thirty-one years and has three children. Debbie and her husband have lived in Maine, Massachusetts, and Texas and are glad to finally be back home in Oklahoma. Debbie enjoys reading, travling, watching sports, and spending weekends on Lake Eufaula with her family.

Ramona M. Stephens, Medical Social Worker

Since joining Saint Simeon’s Ramona has found a profound love for the residents and a deep respect for their families. She deeply enjoys being an advocate for the residents as well as an ally to their loved ones. Ramona was born and raised in Long Island, NY. She also spent years in Rochester, NY, Ithaca, NY, Washington DC, and Saint Louis, MO before moving to Tulsa in 2002. She holds an associate’s degree from SUNY Farmingdale, a bachelor’s from Cornell University, a masters from Washington University in St. Louis, and a doctorate in education from Oklahoma State University.

Ramona is married to her husband Aaron and has two children. She also has two rambunctious dogs named Pancho and Lefty, as well as a cat named Sophia. Ramona loves to travel with her family in their RV. She always welcomes RV tips and tricks, as well as recommendations for nearby parks to travel to with the RV. Oh, and did we mention she loves Peacocks and sugar skulls! She is unique!

Wayne Davis, Director of Facilities Services

He now resides in Collinsville with his dog, Frank, a Chihuahua! Before his time began at Saint Simeon’s, Wayne spent twenty-eight years at Oklahoma Fixture Co., where he was the Production Manager.

Wayne is the father to two daughters, Hollie and Keely, and grandfather to four grandchildren. When he is not at Saint Simeon’s, Wayne enjoys a pick-up game of basketball, running, and playing racquet ball. He also enjoys watching OU Football and the Dallas Cowboys! Wayne also has a passion for working with dog rescue organizations.

Kovoor Pieris, Director of Dining Services

His first professional job was with the Compass Group, Chartwells Higher Education,he was with them for eleven years. He started as a Student Dishwasher, was promoted to Supervisor, then Resident Dining Services Director, and eventually to Director of Operations at the University of Texas, Arlington. He supervised Chick-fil-A, Panda Express, Subway, and two Starbucks before joining Saint Simeon’s as Director of Dining Services.

Kovoor enjoys CrossFit training, autocross racing, and playing rugby. He has two adopted dogs, Titus, a Pit Bull/Boxer mix, and Tandy, a Dachshund/Chihuahua mix.

Susanne Methven, Chaplain

Prior to coming to Saint Simeon’s, Susanne was a parish priest at Saint John’s Episcopal Church in Tulsa and spent several years in residential services for teenagers in the foster care system in Kansas. Her passions include listening, being a priest, story-telling, and caring for people. She loves any opportunity to learn something new and to share it with others.

Susanne shares a home with her twin sister Andrea and her very observant and curious poodle, Busco. She loves seeing beauty in the world around her, tending plants, sewing, and reading.
