Team Bios

Angela Green, President/CEO

Angela has served as an Assistant Administrator, Administrator, and Executive Director at communities in her care. She is also certified as a Dementia Practitioner and is passionate about providing the best possible quality of life for all residents regardless of their physical or mental limitations. Angela strives to encourage an atmosphere of teamwork, recognition, and appreciation for all employees at Saint Simeon’s. She recognizes the pivotal role they each play in the lives of our residents.

Angela and her husband, Chris, a Marriage and Family Therapist, have been married for twenty-eight wonderful years and have two sons: Taylor, who is a senior nursing major at Abilene Christian University and Austin, who is a freshman Architecture major at the University of Arkansas. Angela enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.

Amanda Terrel, Administrator

Amanda began her career as a Certified Nurse Aid while completing high school and has since worked nearly every position within the long-term care setting. Amanda is passionate about providing dignified care for those who once cared for us. Her diversity of experience in the long-term care setting gives her the ability to relate to all levels of operations to better serve the residents and the staff. Amanda realizes teamwork and culture are integral components of resident and staff satisfaction.

Amanda and her husband, Brad, have been married for nine years. They have three boys: twelve-year-old Trevor, seven-year-old Liam, and five-year-old Weston. In her free time, Amanda enjoys her hobby farm, sports, adventure, and traveling.

Chris Harvey, CFO

Chris believes in teamwork and that everyone on the team plays a very important part in the care of our residents. She says the more team members support one another, the better we become as care givers to our precious residents. Chris feels fortunate to work with such an amazing team at Saint Simeon’s.

Chris is married with two grown children and one grandson. Her son is a chemical engineer her daughter is an SEO specialist, and her son-in-law is a policeman. Her husband, Chris, has been a maintenance mechanic with the City of Tulsa for 32 years and he and Chris have been married for 32 years. They love traveling abroad and getting to experience other cultures. Paris, France was one of her favorite places they have been. Chris enjoys spending lots of time with family, gardening, and traveling.

Mariah Kimball, Director of Human Resources

Unwavering in her commitment to give each member of her team the tools they need to succeed, she believes employees are the future of the company. Time invested in training, coaching, and teaching is never lost.

Mariah enjoys spending time with her husband, their two kids, and their dog. Her favorite place to be is “glamping”!

Mary Jackson, Senior Admissions Coordinator

She is now very passionate and dedicated in her duties as Senior Admissions Coordinator; ensuring residents are given the quality of care they deserve and helping guide families through the admissions process.

Mary has two children, loves the outdoors, and is always up for an adventure! In her off time, she can be found playing with her kiddos, hanging out with family and friends, or working out at the gym.

Wayne Davis, Director of Facilities Services

He now resides in Collinsville with his dog, Frank, a Chihuahua! Before his time began at Saint Simeon’s, Wayne spent twenty-eight years at Oklahoma Fixture Co., where he was the Production Manager.

Wayne is the father to two daughters, Hollie and Keely, and grandfather to four grandchildren. When he is not at Saint Simeon’s, Wayne enjoys a pick-up game of basketball, running, and playing racquet ball. He also enjoys watching OU Football and the Dallas Cowboys! Wayne also has a passion for working with dog rescue organizations.

Kovoor Pieris, Director of Dining Services

His first professional job was with the Compass Group, Chartwells Higher Education,he was with them for eleven years. He started as a Student Dishwasher, was promoted to Supervisor, then Resident Dining Services Director, and eventually to Director of Operations at the University of Texas, Arlington. He supervised Chick-fil-A, Panda Express, Subway, and two Starbucks before joining Saint Simeon’s as Director of Dining Services.

Kovoor enjoys CrossFit training, autocross racing, and playing rugby. He has two adopted dogs, Titus, a Pit Bull/Boxer mix, and Tandy, a Dachshund/Chihuahua mix.

Susanne Methven, Chaplain

Prior to coming to Saint Simeon’s, Susanne was a parish priest at Saint John’s Episcopal Church in Tulsa and spent several years in residential services for teenagers in the foster care system in Kansas. Her passions include listening, being a priest, story-telling, and caring for people. She loves any opportunity to learn something new and to share it with others.

Susanne shares a home with her twin sister Andrea and her very observant and curious poodle, Busco. She loves seeing beauty in the world around her, tending plants, sewing, and reading.
