Meet Our Team

Angela Green, BS, LNHA, joined the staff at Saint Simeon’s in October 2018 as the Administrator, and she assumed the role of President and CEO in August 2019. Angela has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. She has been in the senior living industry for nineteen years and a licensed Administrator for seventeen years.

Tony Crouch joined Saint Simeon’s in August 2023 after 29 years in higher education, serving institutions in both Oklahoma and Kansas, primarily as the chief business officer, but also serving on three separate occasions as interim president. Tony is a CPA with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northwestern Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in leadership from Southwestern College.

Mariah Kimball joined the Saint Simeon’s family in January 2020. Mariah attended Rogers State University. Mariah earned her PHR and is a member of SHRM, TAHRA, and Oklahoma Center for Community and Justice.

Mary Brown came to Saint Simeon’s in September of 2019. Mary has worked in the long-term care and retirement community industry for almost 8 years. Starting out as an administrative assistant, she quickly grew a newfound desire for helping seniors.

Wayne Davis came to work for Saint Simeon’s in April of 2009, starting as a Maintenance Tech. He is a native Oklahoman, who grew up in Catoosa.

John Rodriguez joined the Saint Simeon’s team in 2020. John has been an LPN since 2001 and is currently pursuing is RN/BSN degree.

Andy joined the team in 2021 as our IT Systems Administrator. Andy has years of experience managing IT systems for Retirement Communities as well as other corporate entities.

Kelli James joined Saint Simeon’s in November 2020 after 27 years working in publishing, homeschooling her three children, and working in higher education. Kelli started her career at Saint Simeon’s as the Marketing Coordinator, but steadily developed her position into much more and was promoted to Director of Marketing and Communications in February 2023. In early 2025, Kelli accepted the additional role of Director of Life Enrichment.

Susanne Methven is an Episcopal priest who joined the staff at Saint Simeon’s in December 2020 as Chaplain. Susanne has a Bachelor’s Degree in economics, as well as masters degrees in business, marriage and family therapy, and divinity. She has certificates in gerontology and spiritual direction.
