Saint Simeon’s Foundation Leadership

The Saint Simeon’s Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees made up of members of the Episcopal Diocese of Oklahoma, business professionals, community volunteers, and donors of the Foundation. The day-to-day operations are led by an Executive Director who serves as Secretary to the Board of Trustees.

FOUNDATION STAFF

Calvin Michael Moniz, Esq.

Executive Director and Secretary to the Board of Trustees

Calvin Moniz was appointed Executive Director by a unanimous vote of the Foundation Trustees on December 1, 2020.  Prior to his appointment he spent 3-years in corporate recruiting and philanthropy at a Fortune 30 energy company.  In addition to his corporate experience, Moniz served as Assistant Dean of the Collins College of Business at The University of Tulsa where he oversaw career services as well as teaching business law and professional development.  Prior to this, Moniz served over 10 years in a variety of fundraising, alumni, and corporate relations roles for TU’s University Advancement and Alumni Engagement.  He holds a BSBA in Management, MBA, and Juris Doctorate all from The University of Tulsa.

Outside of his work at Saint Simeon’s, Moniz chairs the City of Tulsa’s HUD Community Development Committee, is a member of the Kendall Whittier Main Street Board of Directors, serves as Vice President of the Tulsa Chapter of The University of Tulsa Alumni Association, and is the Eastern Oklahoma Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s State Advocacy Chair.

Lisa Gray

Foundation Administrative Assistant

Lisa Gray is Administrative Assistant of the Saint Simeon’s Foundation. Previously she served as Data Management Coordinator for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Ticket Manager for the Tulsa Philharmonic, and Administrator for American Theatre Company. Lisa is a native of Tulsa and attended The University of Tulsa.
