Our Senior Living Community Admission Application
Saint Simeon’s is a non-profit, private pay facility. Monthly rental fees fund our retirement community costs, including the operations of Saint Simeon’s. Contributions from individuals, foundations, trusts, bequests and memorials provide for capital expenditures, special projects and programs, and a private resident subsidy program.
Saint Simeon’s accepts applications to our retirement community from seniors, and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, disability, gender, religion or national origin in its admissions practices. Completed applications are dated and placed on a waiting list in chronological order. Admissions are made, for the most part, in order by date, as appropriate space becomes available.
Placement into the appropriate level of care is determined by an assessment conducted by our interdisciplinary team.
Unlike many senior living and retirement community costs, there is no entrance fee or endowment to live at Saint Simeon’s. You pay just a reasonable monthly rental fee and a small admission fee upon acceptance. Residents are billed a month in advance. We request a 30-day notice of intent to vacate.
